Relax, Breathe, Receive

Take a breath and allow yourselves to relax. Take another breath. Feel the air moving into your lungs and filling you. What a miracle it is to be able to breathe! Take another breath. Pause. Exhale. Allow yourselves several of these deep and slow breaths. Be aware of your breathing. Are you relaxed, tense, happy, stressed. Where are you right now, in this instant dear ones?

Now, as you breathe, imagine that there are two of you. One of you is your higher self, the part of your being that knows all is always well and that you are an eternal soul resting in God's arms. The other one is your personality. This aspect of you may be happy, sad, stressed, relaxed, or anything in between. Imagine you, as a soul, can talk to you, as a personality. Say to yourself, from your soul to your personality. You are perfect in this moment. You are loved in this moment. All is well in this moment. you are being held in the arms of God.

Now after you read this, shut your eyes, and breathe slowly and deeply. Invite your angels to give you a big hug. Invite them to help the light of God within you to shine more brightly. No matter what is going on in your life right now, in this moment give yourself the gift of experiencing God's love, if only for just a minute.

God's love is always there for you dear ones. It is there whether you take the time to feel it or not. It is there as surely as the sun shines behind the clouds. It is there when your life is in bliss and there when your life feels as if it is spinning out of control. And in reality, this love is all you are ever truly seeking. This is the love you want to feel by having a full bank account, and beauty all around you. This is the love you want when you desire to see the world. This is the love you want when you are in relationship - you just want it to come through another person. And while we encourage you to enjoy the world and the people around you, know that this love is there for you at all times, within you, around you, and indeed what you are made of. Try to take a few minutes each day to receive this love. It is the greatest gift you can give the world right now, to fill yourselves up with this love, for when you feel it, you will be it. When you are full your cup will runneth over. When you are convinced o f God's love you will trust that all your needs will be met and that you are safe and loved. Dear ones, it is so simple to take a few breaths and receive. We ask this of you, for yourselves, and for the world.

Patience

Today we wish to speak to you on the subject of patience. Patience, on your planet, has a negative connotation. When you have to be patient, you often feel as if you are doing something wrong, or the universe is not hearing you. You frustrated because you want what you want now. And yet dear ones, Patience, is truly another aspect of Trust.

When you trust God, you know that all things happen in the most amazing and proper timing. You trust that the force that made you and breathes life into you - the same force that moves the stars in the heavens and motivates the turnings of the seasons - loves and cares about you more thank you can imagine. God, the intelligence and love that breathes life into and coordinates the entire universe, knows the big picture for you life and the lives of all those with whom you interact.

The trees are patient as they wait for the sun in the springtime to warm them and coax their budding forth. If they were to bud in the winter, they would not have had time to rest and replenish their energy from the last season. The sun would not be properly aligned to ripen their fruits. The snows might ruin their buds and prevent any blossoming at all. And so, to a tree, patience is nothing more than a willingness to surrender to a greater intelligence and love.

So when you find yourself feeling impatient, remember, you are just fearful. You just want "proof" that God heard you. You want comfort. Why not ask for comfort? Why not ask, like a little child, for the reassurance that you need. Why not ask God and your angels to help you clear out the fear inside and find joy right now.

For it is human nature to always want more. Your desires call forth your growth, just as a seed's desire for sun calls forth its growth in the springtime. And yet an acorn is perfect and sufficient unto itself although it dreams of being an oak. It has patience. It waits for the rains and the sun and the seasons to change, knowing then that conditions will be perfect for it to fulfill its deepest design.

Live your lives now dear ones, in each moment. See love and be love to the best of your ability in each moment. For when you making loving choices for yourself "now," and when you have faith that all will occur in divine and beautiful timing, it is this joy and this faith that calls your answers, solutions, and dreams to you ever so much more quickly.

Trust your own heart

In all things dear friends, trust your own hearts, for in trusting yourself, you will learn to trust God as well. God is the love that makes your hearts beat, your lungs breath, the stars dance in the heavens, and your heart long for a minute of silence. God is the force that puts a person in your mind and gives you the urge to call. God is the whisper saying, "You are tired. Rest." God is the voice of excitement and passion calling you to explore new adventures and ideas. God is the wisdom and the love that runs the entire universe dear ones. The stars in the heavens do not have to think about where they will travel, they simply know their course. A bird does not worry about whether or not she is nesting in the right tree, she is simply drawn to the branches. A seed does not think about whether it should sprout up or down. It simply reaches for the light.

So too, in all your dealings, reach for the light. Do that which gives your heart joy in each given moment. For if you wait for the future to be happy, your miss "now," and "now" dear ones is an opportunity to embrace where you are with love and gratitude if only for the smallest aspect of your lives, and then to take the next step towards what your heart desires, and the next. In this fashion, you transform your lives. You add love to your "nows" and you embrace greater "tomorrows."

Dear ones, if you trust the movement in your own hearts, so too will you trust the love that made you.

A life of abundance

Celebrate dear ones for you are all moving forward once again in your lives. Whether the motion is "voluntary" or appears to be motivated by outside factors, each one of your souls is striving to create more joy, more love, a feeling of greater richness in the quality of your lives. Richness in your lives is never tied to the money in your bank account but rather, it is related to the amount of love and joy, connection and meaning that you choose experience on a daily basis.

And so dear ones, how do you add abundance to your daily lives? You first opportunity to experience an abundant life occurs upon awakening. Do you rush out of bed, stressed and worried about the day? Or perhaps can you experience this very same moment a little differently by taking a few deep breaths, stretching, giving thanks for your bed, your life, and another day in which you can create a whole new reality here upon your planet earth? When you arise, try this for a few days. Take just a few extra minutes upon awakening to fully allow your spirit to get back into your body after a night of being out and about with angels and guides. Take a few moments to breathe, stretch, and luxuriate in the feeling of having a body and the ability to breathe at all. Think about what you would like to do this day and ask for the help in achieving your tasks smoothly and gracefully. Envision your wonderful day. Ask that your day be filled with grace. Breathe. Feel yourself resting in the arms of God .

When you eat your breakfast, there too you can create an experience of lack or abundance. Do you even eat your breakfast? Do you rush? Do you throw something in your body without regard for it's desires and feelings as well. Or perhaps dear ones, can you stop, slow down, breathe, and ask your body what it wants to eat in ordered to be nurtured and sustained for the day ahead. Can you take a few minutes to prepare and eat your food with conscious awareness and gratitude?

When you greet your spouse, your child, your pet, or your co-workers are you present with them. Do you look into their eyes, seek the spark of light there within. Do you greet them cheerfully, see them as human beings - spirits in and of their own right who have cares and concerns just as you do - or do you see them as nuisances - people to be managed, avoided, taken care of? Do you share of your heart and your truth honestly and kindly with them, or do you close up for fear they will not care or understand you? In an abundant life dear ones, you are yourself and you allow yourself to connect with the people around you. You will repel those who do not belong and attract those who do, for this is the law of life. When you bring your heart to the surface without shame, without a need for acknowledgement, or without a desire to make others agree, your life will adjust to bring those to you who honor it.

These are but a few examples of how you can experience abundance in your life. An abundant life has nothing to do with money, but rather to do with an experience of love, joy, connection, and meaning. These things are all available no matter how much or how little you feel you have, for these qualities are within you already, there for the giving. Seek to love what you can. Seek joy in the simple pleasures in life. Seek connection with other human beings and let them sort themselves out around you. You can find meaning in the simplest act if it is done with love. Brushing your teeth can be a spiritual discipline if you do it with consciousness, gratitude, and love1 Indeed dear ones, find and experience the wealth you already have and in so doing you stop worrying about money. You stop worrying about what you do not have and focus upon what you already do. And in this state of being, you cannot help but attract more for you have at long last, discovered, your abundant he art, and the richness of your own soul.
