Breathe in your future

Breathe! Think of something wonderful you would like to create in the new year! You have just begun to recreate yourself and you life. You have just set your sights down the pathway you desire.

Breathe again. Once again think of something you would like to create or experience in the new year. Now imagine you are at the end of 2015, looking back, feeling the satisfaction and joy of having had this experience. Breathe in that joy. Breathe in that satisfaction. Breathe in that love.

Dear ones, Happy New Year, and Happy New You. You have just put yourself on a path you wish to walk in 2015. You have already felt what it will feel like. You are seeing it with your inner eyes, experiencing that possibility with your soul.

Align yourself with love in 2015 dear friends. Align your hearts with the good you wish to experience. Release yourself from the bondage of negative wishes, fearful prayers, and expectations of disappointment. Use the God-given tool of your wonderful minds to focus on what is good and true. Make your prayers hopeful and joyful prayers of faith-filled expectation. Expect that good comes of all experiences and love is seeking expression in all things.

We love you so very much. It is our wish for you in the coming year, and indeed in every moment of your life, that you would feel the love from which you are created in every moment of your lives.

You are light in darkness

Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukkah! Happy Light in the Darkness, and Light rising up within your beautiful, brave, and bountiful hearts.

For indeed, light did not come into the darkness, but rather was revealed in the midst of the darkness. Light always exists dear ones. Light is what the entire universe is made of. In the midst of the greatest trials, one must only look in the most humble places to see evidence of God's love. Whether it be in the light of an oil lamp, a babe in a humble manger, or in a simple flower growing up through a crack in a concrete sidewalk... love is ever present, always seeking to reveal itself, always seeking to grow.

We celebrate your holidays because your holidays celebrate love! Look for love this week! Look for it everywhere! See it in the faces of those smiling and in the faces of those scowling. Look for it in the most beautiful decorations and in the most garish displays of artificiality. Someone loved themselves, their jobs, their families, or their ideas enough to create everything you see in front of you. The first soul to mix concrete loved the idea of a solid platform. The first person to create the jack hammer to break it up loved the idea of change. The first wise man to follow the star loved the idea that God so loved the world. And you dear ones, you so love others that you wait in lines, spend your hard earned money or time, take time to wish others well. You do these things, you create, you sing, you worship, you wish goodness upon others - all because you love.

All love is the love of God. All light is the same light present in the lamp, in the manger. All of you without exception birth the divine in the most humble places and spaces within your lives. A quiet smile for a stranger. A kind word for a clerk. Allowing a rushed and rude driver ahead of you in traffic... These are the moments when innocence and love are birthed in the manger, again, and again, and again.

Close your eyes during this holiday season. Breathe deeply. Feel the light within your heart. Breathe. Receive. Expand. Fill up your cup with love and pray that the whole world would allow for the same. This is our Present to you Dear Ones. a gentle reminder that the light born on Christmas, the light burning in the lamp in the temple, the light that lives and breathes within you is your perfect gift to all of humanity.

Love incarnate

You are all so beautiful! Like ornaments on a tree, each one of you is unique, different, beautiful and in perfect form for each and every lesson you want to learn. You are souls in bodies, and your bodies are not only your vehicles but your teachers. Be kind to them. Take care of them. Treat them lovingly and nurture them in whatever way you please. Listen to their needs. Reshape them if you wish. Create bigger muscles or a smaller waist, but whatever you do, realize that you are so much more.

You are nothing less than the light and love of God in the form of a beautiful human body. In our eyes, you are all perfect exactly as you are! Every wrinkle, every dimple, every freckle, every bit of thin or fat, every gray hair, big nose, crooked tooth.... you are perfect! Would you ask nature to look the same all the time? Not at all. The beauty in the forest or the ocean lies in its great diversity. So too with the human race. It is your diversity that makes you all so very special, precious, beautiful. Your body is a teacher, and it is shaped by the soul for the purpose of its expansion into greater awareness. Love what you think you cannot, and watch not only your body but also your awareness of love transform.

The manger is your body. The light of Christmas is in your soul. The oil lamp is your body. The light that burns unceasingly is your soul. Let your light rise up within you simply by your intention. “Dear God today I want to experience the truth of my being.” Focus on your heart. Feel the love inside of it. Imagine you are that love, that light, simply shaped as a human being, interacting with other people who are also made of that light…whether they know it or not.

Try just looking at life this way today… as if everyone, including you is a miraculous expression of love. Indeed you all are! The light of the season lives and breathes in, and through, each and everyone one of you.

Live authentically...

There is an incredible and dynamic order to the universe dear ones. In all things, you are guided. God knows your heart, your wishes, your dreams, and strives at every moment to fill you with love, to guide you with love, to give you the most pleasant and loving experience here upon this earth.

So in each moment, drop into your heart. Especially during the holidays when you all get so very busy, stop every now and then and drop into your heart, and ask yourself, "Is what I am doing truly in my heart?" Is this shopping what is in my heart, a gift of true love? Is this cooking truly what is in my heart, a gift of true love? Am I writing out holiday cards with love or with duty? Am I decorating my home with love? And if not dear ones, what does the heart truly want? For indeed you are celebrating the birth and burning of of light and love amidst the darkness, and so bring your light into each moment. Love what you are doing or do something else.

Live authentically this holiday season, and then, even if you "get less done," You will love what you do more. Your memories at the end of this life are not based on how much you achieved, but rather on the love with which you achieved it. This holiday season, truly create an authentic celebration of love. Allow yourself to feel that spark of Divine grace in your hearts and in your lights... and in so doing, you embrace the most beautiful and true spirit of the season.
