Give thanks for the future

As so many of you celebrate your holiday of Thanksgiving, we in the heavens give thanks for each and every one of you. We celebrate your existence. We cheer you onward. We gently guide you towards a more loving, more abundant, and more joyous existence. We comfort you, strengthen you, and help refresh your spirit while you sleep.

Dear ones, we are ever grateful for each and every one of you because we know, here in the heavens, that we are all connected and sourced from One love. In our deepest essence, you and we are One. The love you feel, we feel as well.

We give thanks not only for the good that is happening in your lives now but also for the good you intend to have in your future. We give thanks for your perfect health, whether you are experiencing it or not. We give thanks for your abundance whether or not you are currently feeling lack. We give thanks for your loving, harmonious relationships whether they have arrived in your current reality or not.

As we focus with gratitude upon that which you desire, we support it coming into being. As you focus with gratitude on that which you desire, you too support it coming into your future. So give thanks for that which you have not yet received because it exists right here and now in potential. Why not turn your focus upon it with love.

"Dear Divine Source, thank you so much for my abundant loving life. I know I am experiencing loneliness and lack right now but I know you have so much more in store for me! "

"Dear Divine Source, thank you for my dream home! I know I live in a very small place right now but all things are possible with you and I eagerly await the unfolding and miracles."

"Dear Divine Source, thank you for my perfect health and well-being which I know is emerging even now beneath the illusions of illness."

"Dear Divine Source, thank you for my glorious life for I know as I focus upon it, it shall come into being."

There is nothing more powerfully creative than focusing with love and gratitude on that which you desire, giving thanks, knowing it is on the way.

Dear ones we give thanks for you, and for the perfectly beautiful lives that each and everyone of your souls is dreaming for you in the depths of your heart.

The value of differences

There is, deep within human hearts, a deep desire for unity. Deep down, you all have a desire to connect in a loving and meaningful way. At times it seems like a dream to find this union with all the diverse and conflicting opinions upon your planet earth. However, unity never requires sameness, never requires similarity, and has never even asked for agreement.

As children you were fascinated by differences. You loved meeting people who looked different, or acted differently. You were curious. You learned something new with every new encounter. When someone believed something different than you, you asked with genuine interest, “Why?”  You listened, decided if the other perspective resonated with you, and then either engaged in the dialogue further or walked away. You were students of life, learning about others and yourselves at the same time.

Somewhere along the way however, you metaphorically “ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil,” and you began to evaluate the different perspectives as right and wrong.

You began to judge others and you began to judge yourselves. You began to argue, to try to convince others to agree, and many of you began to attempt to change yourselves to "fit in." You were never meant to "fit in" in the sense of being the same. You were meant instead, like a piece of a puzzle, to take your place as a unique and precious part of creation.

So rather than fearing or judging the differences in yourself and others, explore them. Rather than arguing with anyone, simply own your own point of view, and seek to understand that of others. Agree to disagree and if someone cannot allow you the same, walk away. Let your silence speak more powerfully than your words.

It is because of your differences that the human race continues to function, evolve, and grow. Your differences help you examine new perspectives. Your differences expose you to thoughts and ideas that you might never have considered. Your differences cause you to look deeper for what you have in common and to discover how you can all benefit from one another's strengths.

If all the cells in the human body were the same, you would not be you. There is great unity in their diversity as they cooperate to create the miracle that you are. Likewise there can be great unity among humanity if each of you simply finds your place and point of view and allows others to do the same.

Be Gentle with Yourself

Be gentle with yourselves. Speak to yourself with words of compassion, tenderness, and love. Be as kind to yourself as you would to a little child, for in truth that innocent child lives within you.

Gently strive to stop putting yourselves down, criticizing yourselves, or being harsh in speaking about yourself.
Take time to check in during the day and ask yourself if you are meeting your own needs. Give yourself the acknowledgment, love, and adoration that you seek from others. Become your own greatest lover, for in that space you will attract love in every area of your life.

So many of you learned to be harsh with yourselves. It is not natural.
Innocent children speak their minds and feel their feelings without any shame whatsoever. They share their strengths with joy, and happily admit their weak points, knowing that they are perfect exactly as they are. In fact, very young children don’t strive to be perfect. They don’t strive to be anything other than who and what they are in each moment.
Can you imagine saying, "I’m good at reading but not very good at math" – making a simple accurate statement, while knowing that neither of these change your intrinsic value and worth? Nothing, in fact, ever changes your intrinsic value and worth. Hold your head high and know that nothing less than the love that creates universes lives and abides in you and through you.

We know you’ve been hurt
by others, but as you read our words, no one is hurting you in this moment. We know you’ve been treated less than lovingly by many throughout the course of your life, but that is no excuse to treat yourself with less than love. We know you’ve learned self-criticism, but you can break any habit if you remain dedicated to doing so.
Dear ones, in our eyes you are perfect light and love, simply having an experience upon your earth. You could never ever become anything less. Be kind to yourselves, for in so doing, you are honoring the Love that lives within.
