Love is not martyrdom

There is a mistaken notion upon your planet that being a loving person means you will make everyone happy, meet everyone's needs, listen to everyone's desires, and be "nice" even if that means putting your own feelings aside, ignoring your own needs, or being completely inauthentic. In reality dear ones, being a loving person simply means acknowledging that everyone has a right to be, exactly as they are, right now, right here, upon your planet earth.

That includes you.

Being a loving person means you will first look inside yourself in any given interaction and say to yourself, "What is my honest response to this person in front of me, and what is the most loving way to communicate, or the most loving action I can take... that include me?" This is new thinking for most of you. Most of you become defensive when you move away from another because you do not feel ok doing so. Many of you will put up with all manner of ill behaviors because you were not taught it is ok to remove yourself from unkind conditions. So many of you, because you love so deeply, will sacrifice yourselves to the point of exhaustion and resentment in an attempt to save and fix others.

This martyrdom, dear ones, does indeed spring from love, but is not the highest form of it. God's love says, "I create you all as magnificent beings. I live and breathe within you. I gave you free will so you can know my love or you can, if you insist, feel separate from it. I will not force you. I will allow you to come to this understanding in your own time. I will exist in a state of love and joy and patiently wait for you to come to know my presence within you." If God, dear ones, who is the life and breath within you, allows beings on earth to continue in their illusions, so must you. God whispers words of love and encouragement in the hearts of all beings, and so can you, but if souls wish to continue in behaviors of misunderstanding and separation, grant them their journey, and simply withdraw your energies. Focus your sights instead upon the light.

You were meant to recognize the light within all beings. You were meant to allow others the dance they choose upon the earth. However, you were also meant to choose your own dance, your own dance partners, your own steps, and your own path. Rather than dancing to another's tune, falling into another's energy, or giving others the authority over your own life, dance to your own beat, stay in your own loving energy, give your own knowing the benefit of the doubt for your own life.

Being a loving person need not feel like martyrdom dear ones. If you are authentically including yourself in the equation of your own life, taking care of your own needs, listening to your own guidance, they you will become a beacon of light, and a soul who is naturally guided by God to assist those ready to receive the particular brand of love you have to offer. Bring your light into the darkness in others' lives when guided, or turn away from it. But in any case, dear ones, do not allow your light to be dimmed, for you are the lights here upon the world, and it is through your love, your joy, and your authentic expression here upon the earth that you do the most good.

There is a symphony being played in the natural universe that is extraordinary dear ones. All of nature works in cooperation. You too are intended to live this way, guided in each moment, moved by the very force of love that creates you and breathes life into you.

Last week we discussed relationships. This week we continue on our topic, for indeed every relationship upon your planet earth, if you would allow for it, is orchestrated in love. You are guided naturally towards those who will help you learn to love yourselves more. If you are already clear on what you want, kind to yourself, and loving towards others you will gently gravitate to those who uplift your spirit and kindly withdraw your energies from those who do not. You will fall in love with yourself first, the true self, the loving, kind, God created self, and from that sense of fullness, you will have clarity about your "dance" partners here upon the earth. You will see what you call "the red flags" in those relationships that perhaps do not serve you so kindly, and you will give you own knowing more credence than what others may tell you. You will communicate with kindness, knowing you are innocent and worthy of the same.

When you "fall in love" remember, that you "are" already love. You are made of this love. To love another is a natural state of being! To love yourself is also a natural state of being but one that the human race has trained you not to accept. Look at a baby. They are in love with their fingers and toes! They marvel at the sound of their voice and play with it, seeing how magical it can become. They enjoy looking in the mirror for the first time and seeing the wonder of their physical form. Babies have no self criticism, no judgment, no false pretenses. They know they deserve love. They cry out with no apology when they want something and they expect their needs to be met. They welcome those who feel warm and loving and push away from those with whom they do not resonate. You came ito the world this way. You came into the world innocent, filled with a sense of wonder and awe for the magic present in all of creation. You came into the world innocent and pure, knowing exactl y what felt good in any given moment and what did not.

This innocence still resides within you. This purity still resides within you. This knowing about what feels good in any given moment still resides within you. You have to stop doubting yourselves and trust all that you feel, and then you will once again experience the magic and the wonder in the world, as well as in your relationships. A baby might fall in love with someone who picks them up but the minute that person stops paying attention, the baby pushes away, cries for someone else, or crawls away to play. So too you can engage in a dance with life, rather than trying to categorize relationships, or lock them into place with expectations.

When you truly acknowledge the God given love within you you cannot help but love and appreciate your being. You don't need to justify or defend your desires, you can simply communicate with love. When you truly love yourself, you exist in a natural state of being in which guidance is something that is simply present as a knowing within you. It is not something you have to strive for, but rather something that arises without any thought whatsoever.

Love, dear ones, never hurts. Love is never wrong. Love is never foolish. To love and acknowledge another is truly living in a natural state of God-given grace. To love and acknowledge your own feelings, whatever they may be, is also to live in a natural state of God-given grace.

Only when you stop loving yourselves and expect another to make up for that lack do you hurt. When you love yourselves, even if another does not you know you have choices. You can request changes with love and kindness. You can change yourself, or you can withdraw your energy. You can deal with the reality of another's being and remain in love, or you can fall into wishful thinking and denial and remain in pain. It your choice dear ones. Love always feels better. Love is always right. And Love will always clearly guide you in each moment in the great dance and orchestration of life.

Real love comes from within

Today we wish to speak to you on the topic of relationships. All relationships whether the ones with your life, your home, your spouse, your children, or your pet, are teaching you about the relationship you have with yourself. The relationships with others show you very clearly what parts of yourself you are willing to bring to the surface in your life and what parts of yourself you are willing to let go. For in truth, dear ones, all energies exist within you and you choose which ones you want to experience.

Seldom in the human race is "falling in love" truly about loving another. Far more often you are falling in love with yourself in the presence of another. In the mirror of a kind soul who acknowledges you, pays attention to you, compliments you, and resonates with you on many levels, you feel good about yourselves! We celebrate when you feel this way! We love to see you acknowledge the truth of your being - that you are beautiful inside and out, worthy of all love and acknowledgment. But we also know, that if you perceive that this sensation comes from another, and "fall in love" with them for that sensation, then dear ones you can just as easily "fall out of love" when the other ceases to make you feel this way, and you can be tempted to try any number of human machinations to get the other to make you feel this way again.

Real love comes from a spring of well-being within you. Real love says, "I already know I am loved! I already feel good about myself. And from this full place, I have love to share. I see this person in front of me. They are worthy of love, respect, and acknowledgement. I want to share myself with them. I want to learn more about them. I want to uplift them. I want to support their goals and dreams. I want to take delight in their presence. I want to see how deeply we can share ourselves with one another. I want to see how we can grow together and experience and expand the love of God within ourselves." If you are not there yet, dear friends, don't despair. This type of love is rare upon your planet earth.

So how do you create truly loving relationships with all of life? You must, absolutely, start with yourself. If you take care of yourself, do kind things for yourself, create balance in your life, try to be honest and authentic in your expressions, and reach out for help and comfort when you are in need, you will find that you have created the relationship with yourself that you so desperately want with another. In this space, you are a beacon and a light in the world! You will attract those of like mind and heart, and you will find yourself drifting away from those who have other journeys. You will live a life centered in yourself, knowing that the true self within you is centered in God's love. You will have fallen in love with your true self! And in this space of truly embracing God's love and presence within you, you will find yourself falling in love with all of life, creating the magic that was intended to be a part of your daily lives, not just in a relationship with one human being, but in all your relationships. This, dear ones, is heaven on earth.

When fear grips you, dear ones, you can choose to turn your attention to the truth of God's love. Fear was designed to be a biological reaction to a threatening situation - one that would create fight or flight, and then be done. Fear was designed to be a fleeting, momentary state of being, triggered only in dire situations. However, fear has become instead, a force in the human race that possesses you, pretends to protect you, and in reality keeps you locked in the chains of so-called safety when in reality your spirit longs to be free from this bondage!

Fear makes you believe you must not take risks, when your heart gives you clear guidance to do so. Fear has you protect yourselves beyond reason, when in reality your heart knows when enough is enough. Fear has you silence your truth when in reality your heart longs to speak. Fear serves no good in this capacity dear friends for it blocks the movement and the flow of God to you, in you, and through you. Fear, in this capacity is a false idol. God's love is the only truth? Which one will you worship?

When fear grips you, be it large or small, ask yourself, "What are the real circumstances right now? Right now am I under attack? Right now is my life in danger? Right now is my life falling to ruin?" Chances are, that is not the case. Fear in the human race, has grown into a disease that projects into possible futures, and changes the way you act now. You fear that someone will be upset, so you silence yourself. But right now your heart says, "Speak up! Speak with love. Don't hold your truth inside of you." "But what if people don't like what I have to say," you ask? We would respond that love will guide you all into your right places. If everyone were honest, everyone would end up in their perfect circles.

Fear tells you that your finances will run out way before you retire. And yet what is the truth now, in this moment dear ones? You have enough now. And if you exist in a space of love, gratitude, and trust, then you will always be guided to have enough in the future. If you exist in fear, you make decisions that do not come from God's love and then you create your proverbial messes. In reality, existing in love allows you the greatest guidance in each moment of your lives.

And so when fear strikes you and you cannot rid yourself of this energy, sit, breathe, pray, and receive. Ask God to remove the fear from you. Breathe slowly and deeply. Look at the facts. Pray for guidance in the moment - guidance that comes only and always from love.

Loving kindness is your truth

Treat one another with loving kindness. It will change your reality. What if you knew that everyone you met, everyone you interacted with, and everyone you saw on the street, on the news, and in your neighborhoods was a living, breathing incarnation of God's love. What if you knew that every person was held close to the heart of God, beloved by angels, and no matter how unthinkable their behavior, good at the core of their being. What if you knew that they, like you, no matter how unconscious they may seem, are really also on a quest for love? How would you treat one another then dear ones? We implore you no matter what actions you take in the physical world, no matter what words you speak, try your best to come from love.

For in truth, the person that cuts you off in traffic is in need of love or they would not be behaving that way. The person that acts in an angry fashion around you requires your prayers. The one who is insensitive and unkind is really a hurting child. Dear ones, we are not asking you to remain around unkind behavior, nor are we asking you to stuff your feelings. We are not asking you to remain silent when you feel compelled to speak. We are simply asking you to be kind to yourself first - to treat yourself with utmost sensitivity and care, and then from that space of loving kindness, to base your words and deeds in love as well.

If you correct a child, or an adult behaving like a child, you can do so with love. If you walk away from a barking, snarling, snapping dog, or a barking, snarling, snapping individual, you can do so without any need to defend or justify your actions. you can simply move away and keep them in your prayers, for in truth, they are in desperate need of peace.

Your world would be a much better place, if instead of sinking into the darkness of those around you, you chose to remain in your light. Some would find comfort an step into the light; others would run away and remain in darkness. However, you would find that all of humanity would sort itself out into groups of like mind and heart and you would all be much happier.

So try, do your best, to allow your words and actions to come from a space of love... love of God, love of self, and then love of others.

Believe you are loved

In every moment, in every endeavor, God is with you. In everything you do you have an opportunity to invite God's love to come to the surface in your life, to assist you, and to allow your life to flow with greater grace and ease. When you have a concern, stop and give it to God. When you are worried, stop and give your cares to God. When you don't know the next step in your lives, stop and ask God for assistance. We have said this many times, dear friends, but God moves the stars in the heavens, makes the seasons turn, and can easily assist you in every aspect of your life if only you will believe, ask, and receive.

The angels wish with all our hearts that each one of you knew how deeply and dearly you are loved. You want proof of this love. You want it to look a certain way. You will feel loved if the bank account is full and yet you insist on worry. If you could, instead know you are loved and stop worrying, then vibrationally you would be stepping into the reality of that love, into the reality of that abundance, and into the reality that all your needs will be fulfilled. God's love is not something that you must earn, but rather a reality you simply choose to tap into.

So next time you find yourself with a challenge in life, choose to believe you are loved. You are not alone. Help is just a prayer away. Choose to live your life as if you are part of the very universe itself, part of the love that created the heavens and the earth - an important part. Each of you is a precious piece of this puzzle called life. Each of you has wonderful things you wish to express here upon the earth. We in the heavens want to help you with your concerns, but by our very design, we respond to the energy you put out, rather than simply the words and wishes. So align your energy with a belief that you are loved, and soon that will become your reality.

Be open to God's plans

In every moment of your lives, the presence of God’s love is coordinating the actions of each and every soul on your planet. Can you imagine that if everyone listened to their hearts in every moment, you would be in a dance that was so beautifully orchestrated it would take your breath away. Relationships would shift and you would all find yourselves in communities of those of like mind and like heart. Everyone would find their own piece in the beautiful puzzle of life. All needs would be met, as would be guided to give, and some guided to receive in turn. The flow of God’s love would be unobstructed and would increase in vibration until there would be no distinction between heaven and earth.

So by all means, make your plans and intend what it is you wish to create, but also remain open to the small movements of your heart that may seem unrelated to your dreams and goals, for in truth everything is related. Every movement in your heart, be it a desire for major change in your life, or a desire for lunch, is really a movement towards love. Each time you listen to these little whispers in your heart you are cooperating with the love that synchronizes all of creation. God moves the stars in the heavens and like the human brain seeks to coordinate all aspects of the human body at any given time, the Divine presence seeks to coordinate all aspects of the human race at any given time. Like nervous signals sent to the cells, firing constantly with new awareness of the body's needs, so too angels are sent out to guide every human being at every moment, in a great and beautiful dance of love.

So listen to the whispers in your heart, and join the dance of creation as it unfolds, one moment at a time.

Your security rests in God

Your earth is abuzz with anticipation. She is growing too, getting ready for change, and she loves you very much. Understand when she goes through transitions so do many souls who are ready for the next phase of their journey. So when you see events on the news, instead of saying, "Oh my goodness, this is horrible, what is this world coming to," know that although we understand change is extremely challenging for those left behind, there is a great celebration in the heavens as we welcome home the souls who have graduated from their lifetimes here upon your planet earth. So although this is not coming immediately, dear ones, can you ready yourselves for change - not by worrying and falling into fear, but rather by trusting God, knowing that all is in right order, and that everyone upon your planet will be exactly where they should be at the time.

The best way to ready yourself for change is to live in the moment, for that is where God's guidance and the whispers of your angels are heard most clearly. If you live in fear of the future - be it fear of an earth change, fear of the stock market, fear of losing your job, your spouse, or your house, then dear ones you miss the moment! You miss the guidance that can help you prevent such circumstances and you unconsciously begin to seek out the very path that you fear.

Can you change your fear to excitement? For in reality, they are one in the same, just opposite sides of the very same coin. Suppose you fear you will lose your job. Instead, can you say, "Oh I'm so excited! There are changes on the horizon and I feel them. I trust I will end up perfectly where I am supposed to be and since God love me so much, I don't have to worry! If I am supposed to look for a new job, I will have the urge, and if is not necessary, I needn't do a thing." Suppose you live in fear that something terrible will happen to those you love. Can you say instead, "I am so excited. I am discovering how deeply I love these people, how much I want them protected, and kept from harm and although I know if they have lessons I cannot interfere, God hear how much I love them and let my love surround them with the light of your protection. I'm so happy to know you are listening God. I trust if they must grow through pain you will give me the strength to lov e them through it." Suppose you fear for your finances. Rather than focusing on the absolute worst that might happen, can you say, "I'm so excited God! I know you love me and will take care of me and guide me how to handle these finances. I know all my needs are met if not naturally then supernaturally because you love me. I will do what I know to do, and walk in faith that the rest is handled."

Dear ones, do not fall into fear. Do not take actions based in fear. Instead take actions based on love, feelings of guidance, enthusiasm, excitement, or quiet calm. In this fashion, by focusing on faith, rather than fear, you will be guided safely to the shores of love.

Gratitude ripples outward

As so many of you celebrate the return of springtime, we celebrate the return of new life in your hearts. For indeed the light is rising up within you. That light is what you are made of and it seeks expression in all things. How can you add more love to your lives today? Can you bless the computer which allows you to read this message? Can you give thanks for electricity as you turn on your lights? Can you appreciate the simple gift of running water? For indeed, dear friends, these are gifts and blessings that many in your world do not share. You are lucky to be able to take them for granted, and yet we in the heavens encourage you to take nothing for granted.

The food upon your table has traveled many miles for most of you. As you eat a simple salad made from ingredients at your local grocery store, there are hundreds to thousands of individuals to whom you can give thanks. The seeds that grew your vegetables were harvested and stored. The farmers tilled the soil, planted, watered, fertilized, picked, cleaned, and shipped. The food was packaged and displayed in your grocery store. The store managers, merchandisers, clerks, and baggers were there for you. The knives you cut the salad with were manufactured of woods and steels from many different countries. Again there were those that fashioned them, packaged them shipped them, sold them, and helped you find them. And if your salad comes from your own garden, with the lettuce torn by your own hands you can still give thanks for the seeds, the rain, the sun, and the beauty of your own two hands.

You are all connected to one another dear ones. You are all connected to all of life. A volcano spewing ash in a country half way around the world may seed the clouds that made the rain that watered your lettuce. A person centuries ago may have cultivated the first plant that is an ancestor of the heirloom tomatoes you just ate. You can not escape your interdependency with all of life. No man is an island, as you like to say. We say you are all interconnected in the ocean of God's love.

And so dear ones, your actions ripple out to all of life as well. You eat the salad and you provide a living for those who brought it to your table. Or you till the soil in your own back yard and tickle the heart of mother earth. You don't even breathe in isolation for the air you inhale has passed through the waters and the trees, and the breath you exhale is recycled unto the very same. You share the atmosphere in which you live with seven billion other human beings and every living thing. From our viewpoint in the heavens, we marvel that you could ever feel alone.

So as the energy of love strives to rise up from within you share blessings of appreciation for the simplest things in your life. Instead of focusing upon what you do not yet have, focus on the blessings you do. An abundant heart is one that can see the good in all things. And when your heart is filled with this love and appreciation, it will expand and the universe will be able to fill your cup to the brim with even more.

Everyone's perspective has a right to be

Open your heart to receive this very great energy coming into your planet earth right now and stop worrying about what your neighbors are doing. It is human nature to compare and contrast yourself to others but in reality, God made each one of you unique and beautiful. Each one of you has unique perspectives, different gifts, talents, and points of view. So much time and energy is wasted in humanity trying to "get" others to agree with you. If we had our way in the heavens, each of you would simply express your perspectives with love and then release any need for agreement whatsoever. In doing so you would sort yourselves out so easily. You would quickly realize which souls are in harmony with your spirit and which ones are not. You would find your places with those of like mind and like heart and allow others to do the same.

You were never meant to "fit in" in the sense of being like everyone else. You were only meant to "fit in" as a puzzle piece fits into a puzzle. Imagine dear ones, that every human being allowed themselves to be who they really were, and to speak lovingly what they really meant in any given moment. Soon each of you would comprise a beautiful puzzle of humanity, touching those lives that fit your own and moving away from those that don't.

Suppose you are having a disagreement with someone. That is fine with us! You were not all designed to agree. But what if you were able to disagree with love, to simply say, "This is what I'd believe and its fine if you don't agree with me." Then, you would see by their answer whether or not they fit more clearly in your own life at this moment

At the deepest levels dear friends, you want to give and receive love. At the deepest levels, you know you do not need agreement but rather you want to feel as if you have a right to be, exactly as you are. And you do dear ones! If someone does not agree with you or will not do what you want, bless them and release them from the expectations. If you have to, ask God for other help. Move away from the situation if necessary. Allow others a right to be, but also dear ones, give this very beautiful gift of love to yourselves.

You are never without resources

You are never without love, never without help, and never ever without the resources that God wants you to have to assist others. God is never far from you for God is the presence and the love that dwells within you and indeed within all of creation. When you help another, God is helping another through you. When you receive from another, you are allowing God to serve you through the hands and heart of another. Don't block the flow of love dear ones. Give and receive as you are guided, for this allows God's love to flow unobstructed throughout the universe.

There is an old adage that it is better to give than to receive, and yet as you give your receive, and as you receive so too you give. If you did not need the assistance of your plumber, day care provider, accountant, or lawyer for example, he or she would not have a job. If you did not appreciate beauty the artists in the world would not have a purpose. And so by receiving fully the services and love that another has to share, you are giving them the love and acknowledgement of God. God is working through you, saying to them, "Thank you for being who I created you to be. Thank you for sharing your gifts and talents as guided. Thank you for blessing me today with your Presence."

So too, when you give, as you are guided, you are sharing God's love, not just with another but also within yourself. You are saying, "I have a purpose. I have resources. I have talents. I have a right to be, and I wish to share this with you! God is loving you and the other through you when you give.

And so dear ones, give as you are guided, but also do not hesitate to receive when another wishes to bless you with some kindness that you are in need of as well.

For it is in giving that you receive, and in receiving you give. And in this fashion, God's love is allowed to flow freely through your life, and the lives of those around you. Don't block the love, dear ones. Be the love. Free the love. Receive the love, and share the love! In doing so, you will come to realize your true connection God, self, and others. In this space, there is never ever a feeling of being alone.

If you knew you were loved...

How would your lives change if you experienced the reality that the God loves you so very much that he wants you to be healthy, happy, abundant, and to understand your beautiful interconnectedness with life and one another. How would your reality change if, every time you had a worry, you want to the creator of universes, and said, "I need help. I have done everything I know to do. I can't change anyone else. I can't change the situation. But you can. You are the power that lives and breathes within us all. You are the one that loved the idea of ME so much, you created ME. You imagined me into being, and I know you imagined me happy, healthy, and operating in cooperation with the rest of your creation. I have a challenge God. Help me solve it. Let me know what to do and when to do it. Let your love rise up within me and show me the way."

A prayer like this will change your lives. You are on earth because you felt separate from this Love. You felt you didn't deserve it, or that you were abandoned by it, or that you had to earn this love. And under these illusions you limit what God can give you. You forget God loves you, and you try so hard to merit this love. That is the illusion, dear friends! You cannot merit this love. Whether you think you deserve it or not is irrelevant. You cannot be abandoned by this love. You are made of this love. Your breath is the breath of this love. Your heart beats because of this love. You are nothing less of the Love of God in human form, and yet it is the illusion that you are separate from this love that is the source of all pain.

Try for a moment to imagine that you are on earth, simply because you forgot how dearly you were loved. Can you imagine how much love the creator wishes to pour upon you. If you cannot, stretch your mind. Pretend. Some of you are saying, "Ah yes, we know this!" And others, we know are saying, "Yeah right, where is God. My life is hard. I have been abandoned and abused. I have suffered unthinkable loss. Where is God indeed?" Dear ones, God is inside of you! God is hidden so well you cannot ever find satisfaction from the external universe until you learn to find this love within you. The material universe is temporary. If you open your heart to receive love from the most beautiful sunrise, the sun will still move in the sky. Can you feel the sun within you? If you open your heart to receive love from another human being, that is beautiful, but they are human too and they will at times, forget this love within themselves. Can you remember it within you, even when they forget? Or will you insist that they embody God for you, thus feeling abandoned when they forget?

Dear ones, if you find the love within you, you will be a beacon unto the world, and you will never need to seek light and love from another. Instead you will see the light inside of others. You will celebrate that light. And when that light dims out of misunderstanding or forgetfulness, you will not forget. You will not feel God has abandoned you when people abandon you. You will not feel that God is unloving when people are unloving. You will not feel that God wants you to earn love when people want you to earn love, because you will be living in truth! You will know your value as an incarnation of this love. You will trust in this love, knowing it provides for all your needs and guides you in right action. You will be able to lovingly move away from unloving behavior and lovingly seek out the company of kind souls. When you make loving choices there is no need for guilt, shame, or even anger to justify your actions. You can love yourselves and still have love for other s. You will realize that loving choices for self, even if they upset others, are just points of growth for all souls involved.

You ARE the love of God made manifest dear ones. Find it inside yourself. Acknowledge that you are loving, kind, and compassionate soul and when you are not, gently remind yourself that you just forgot. In this space, you become everything you intended to be upon this earth, for the success of a lifetime is not measured in achievements or the acknowledgment of those around you, but rather in the loving quality of the many moments of your life.

New choices, new chances

So many of you agonize over the choices in your life. Life, dear ones, is just an adventure of the soul. The choices you make about your inner conditions are always far more important than the choices you make about your external conditions. When faced with external choices, it is human nature to ask, "Which choice will make me happier?" "Which choice will make me feel safer?" "Which choice will protect my heart?" Although it is indeed very human to ask these questions, from our perspective external choices will never make you feel happier, safer, or more protected. Nothing external can every truly dictate your internal conditions.

Far better to say, "I intend to be happy! I choose what makes me happiest now!" "I intend to be safe. I feel safest in the moment, by making this choice." "I intend to have a heart filled with love. This choice feels most loving to myself now." And then, dear ones, in the very next moment of choice, make choices once again based on your happiness in the present moment.

Your mind is useful in making choices. You can weigh the pros and cons of a situation. However, so many times there are no clear answers. Sometimes even the heavens cannot give you a definitive answer on how your choices will play out in the future because there are 7 billion people on your planet, each with the gift of free will. We can guide you as to the best choice for yourself now, and in the next moment, and in the next, and this is why we suggest you make choices based on how you feel "now" and "now" and "now" again.

For example, suppose you are considering purchasing a home. You ask, "Will this home make me happy? Will it be safe? Will it be a good investment?" You can research some of those questions. You can look at the neighborhood, the history, and the financial comps. You can have a home inspection. You can due the diligence that you must do as a human being, and then, knowing all you know, dealing with the facts rather than any wishful thinking, you can check in with your heart. Given that this home is a reasonable investment, needs a new roof in the next five years, and needs some work now... given that it is a certain cost, now, in this moment, given all those facts, how do I feel about buying this home. Your mind collects data so your heart can make a clear decision.

Likewise if you are considering getting into a relationship it is prudent to use your mind, but allow your heart to be the final authority. Get to know the other person. Talk to them. If you want a relationship, relate! Learn about the other so your mind has an understanding of who this person is and how they like to live their lives. Your heart will easily know if you sense love or not, but your mind can also be useful to determine if this is someone you can live with. With all the facts in front of you, without wishful thinking or denial, then your heart can say, Given who I know this person is, either I can or I can't live with them. Everyone is lovable, dear friends! But not everyone is livable!

So by all means, use the gift of your minds when making choices, but after you have all the facts you can gather, sit quietly without wishful thinking or denial and ask your heart, "Give all I am able to know now, in this moment about this choice in front of me, how do I feel about it?" Does making this choice enliven me "now" or does it inspire fear. Is it right, right now? Does it feel happy to me, right now? If not dear ones, perhaps it is not the right choice, for right now. Be kind to yourselves. You have new choices presented to you each moment of your life. If you bypass one, God will give you another. You cannot "mess your lives" up unless you ignore your hearts. And even then, with the very next breath, you are given new choices, and new chances.

Be kind to yourselves. It is a time on earth when the energy is very intense. Your sun is active and it is bringing new light and catalyzing new growth upon your planet earth. You will feel this in different ways.

Some of you will feel intense inspiration and a drive to get moving in your lives. Take action when you feel it. Allow this energy to inspire you and carry you forward.

Others will feel extreme fatigue as their body, mind, and soul cry out for balance. Honor this and rest more if this is what you are feeling. Your body is trying to become accustomed to the new frequencies and you cannot do so easily when you are exhausted. Be kind to yourselves. Allow the rest when needed.

Still others will feel as if the proverbial "rug" is being jerked from under their feet. What was not working either inside of your mind, or in your outer lives is being exposed and you now have a choice as to what you wish to carry with you, what you wish to transform, and what you wish to leave by the wayside. Be honest with yourselves. Look at any unhealthy and unproductive beliefs and patters. Clear the clutter in your minds, hearts, and lives and make adjustments to focus your thoughts, words, and deeds more clearly upon the priorities you wish to espouse. Choose faith over fear. Get help if you need it. You are never alone.

This energy is so strong dear ones that you can use it any way you like. It is like a powerful wave that can carry you forward if you walk in focus and faith, or can tumble you in its power if you give into fear and ignore your hearts. It is a wave of nothing less than love that is coming to your planet earth right now, touching your hearts, and wanting to wash you clean and clear of the past. Are you willing to let go of what does not serve you, be it material possessions, attitude, or beliefs? Are you willing to focus on what matters most to you?

You are given a fresh start with every breath you breathe. A simple change of mind, change of attitude, or change in behavior can begin to change your entire life. One self-loving thought, one gracious thought about another, one small step towards a goal you have always dreamt of creating... these tiny loving choices that support your priorities in life are not so tiny after all with this great wave of energy backing them up.

Be kind to yourselves and others. Rest when you are tired. Act when you are inspired. In this fashion you can ride these waves of energy safely to the shores of God's love.

You are upon the planet earth dear ones because at one point in your existence you doubted your connection with God. You began to feel separate and by the very nature of that feeling of separation, you entered into a reality in which the all present, all loving God is hidden in a myriad of different forms and face. In reality, all that you see is God's love made manifest. You are here to recognize that love, in yourself and in others.

At a very practical level, this means that when you want or need some help in your life, it makes sense to pray and ask God for assistance, because the all loving spirit that created you is present in over seven billion people and a multitude of other forms on your planet. God can move the hearts of those who are even a tiny bit awake to assist you. God can move your heart to talk with someone and ask for assistance. God can direct all of you, dear one,s in a beautifully cooperative and synchronized dance of love if you will only stop, breathe, receive that love, and listen to the sweet and small urgings in your heart. By the very nature of your existence, you are not and can never be alone.

As you surrender to the love within you and pray from that space of loving and trusting the power that made you, your prayers become more powerful and more effective. Prayers coming from love, faith, and trust, are commands that help align you with the universal flow of your life. Prayers coming from fear and a lack of faith are weaker signals dear one, not because God ignores you but rather because God does not want to amplify and support your fears. The energy of a prayer is far more important than its wording! The depths of your heart, beneath your words are the real prayer. Far better to be loving to yourself and be authentic and pray, "Dear God, I know you will care and provide for me in all things, but I do not feel that now. I am scared. Please send me comfort now so that I can trust you once again and live once again in the flow of your grace." This prayer is honest. This comes from the heart. This is born of a true desire to love the true Self and to align wit h God. If you pray instead, "God help me. I need money. Hurry up! Don't you know my bills are due!" there is a sense of urgency, lack, and fear underneath such statements. You are not sending out a loving signal to the universe that is aligned with truth. Instead you are worshipping false idols, giving money your power, rather than giving God power over your life.

So when you pray dear ones, try to align your prayers with faith, trust, and the knowing that you are loved. Recognize you are human and it is ok to ask for help, but ask for the real spiritual help you need as well as for your material needs. For when you get your soul aligned with God, with love, with faith and with your own hearts, then you truly will receive the guidance to create all you want and need. You will dance in harmony with the seven billion others filled with God's love or you will dance around those who do not yet recognize it. In this fashion, dear friends, you live in a state of grace.

Today we wish to speak to you on the subject of faith. God does not require your faith dear ones to love you. God does not require your faith to pour blessings in your life. God is always love. God is always sending you blessings. However, your faith is required for you to receive the love and blessings that are always there. Faith is, in reality a choice to believe in that which you do not yet see. It is a choice to believe in the goodness of the universe, and a choice to believe that the power that created you, the same power that plants dreams within your heart, will also work to fulfill them. Faith, technically speaking, is a choice to align your mental, emotional, and spiritual energies with that of love. When you have true, deep, abiding faith, you are like a radio tuning into the frequency of God's love, and therefore allowing yourself to receive this love in your life. When you do not have faith, you are like a radio that cannot find the desired station. Without faith , you are not always tuned into love, and therefore you cannot always receive it.

"But I had faith," some of you say, "and nothing happened." Dear ones, you must have faith in God's love unwaveringly, for in truth, if you really believed in the love of God you would act differently than you do when you put your faith in fearful outcomes. If you believed in the love of God, you would be financially responsible of course, but you would not waste your time on worry. If you really believed in the love of God, you would feel filled and loving towards others. If you really believed in the love of God, you would know that even if your dreams have not yet come to pass, God is working on the most benevolent outcome for your entire life.

God is not a human being, dear ones! God does not require you to behave a certain way in order to love you. God's love is the breath you breathe. God's love is the force that moves the stars in the heavens. God's love is the energy that turns the seasons, makes the sun rise, grows the plants, and yes, at times, allows forces of nature to wreak havoc so that new life may begin again. God's love dear ones, is always there for you. Will you believe in it? Will you search for it deep within your hearts and bring it forth to share with the world?

Faith is not idly sitting by and expecting to win the lottery, for in truth that is often based on fearful thinking. "I am afraid my dreams will not come true. I do not believe in God's miraculous ability to deliver them. Therefore I pick this one way that I may assuage my fears! I want to win the lottery! I want to have lots of money! Then I will be secure! Then I will have faith! Then I will be a loving pearson!" And dear ones, we do exaggerate a bit here, but in truth that is backwards thinking. If you want to win the lottery for fun, fine, create it! But put your faith in God's love instead! Put your faith in God's ability to manifest your dreams. Focus your attention on being loving to self and others, and then dear ones, whether your numbers win or not, you have already won. You have already filled your heart with peace, your days, with love, and your mind with the knowing that you are secure resting in the arms of the one who created you.

Live from the inside out

In this year of 2012, more than ever before it is important to live your life from the inside out. As human beings you have been taught to handle the external affairs of your life first, and yet we would urge you each day, to sit and handle your internal state of affairs. Are you at peace? If not spend time in prayer, contemplation, or sitting on a patio and listening to the birds singing. Exercise, take a little walk, or breathe deeply. Peace is available at all times, whether your circumstances are peaceful or not.

It is not money in the bank, perfect relationships, perfect health or perfect circumstances that "give" you peace, dear ones. Rather you "find" peace more easily inside of yourselves when life is easier around you. Nonetheless, true, deep, and lasting peace comes from knowing that you are an eternal soul, that you will exist beyond death, that your life is an exercise in learning to love and that if you focus on being loving to self and others, then all your needs will be met, and all your hearts true desires brought to you in proper time. Can you trust this dear ones? If not yet, pray. Ask God to help you find the peace that surpasses all understanding. Ask to feel the love of God in your lives. If you feel but a tiny percentage of the love God has for you nothing would shake you from a place of internal peace. And in this reality, you will to attract circumstances that are by their very nature, reflecting that peace back unto you.

True joy is also found on the inside. And yet so many human beings are happy only when they get their way. Why put off your joy when you can find it anywhere, at any time. Truly it is easier to draw forth your natural joy when surrounded by easy circumstances, loving people, and all that you could ask for. But can you call forth love and joy while holding the hand of a dying parent, celebrating their life and their imminent return into a glorious reality? Can you share joy with another even when you have experienced deep loss, knowing that as surely as you have let go of so much, God can refill your life with blessings of even greater magnitude? Can you allow yourself to take in the breathtaking beauty of a sunset even when you do not yet know how your debts will be paid, how your child will be healed, how your heart can find a career that honors your spirit? Can you share a bit of joy with another even when you do not yet feel your life "gives" you joy so easily ? For when you seek out joy, you are uncovering hidden treasures. When you draw forth the love within you and share it with another, you are allowing God to work through you, and dear ones, there is no greater joy than feeling the love of God flow to you, and through you to enliven and lighten the heart of another.

If you want your lives to work, bring forth the qualities you want from within rather than seeking them first in external solutions. If you want more money, draw forth an attitude of prosperity and gratitude. If you want more peace, pray and spend time in silence, or amidst beauty and ask it to rise up within you. If you want more love, be love.

You dear friends, have all you seek inside of you. Call it forth in this year of 2012 and live your life from the inside out. You can live God's way or you can continue to strive to live man's way, always seeking superficial solutions to your problems, and constantly finding you are chasing a moving target when it comes to love, joy, peace, and harmony in your lives. Our words are strong, dear friends, because the energy is strong upon your planet. Our words are loving because we know you are capable of truly bringing forth these beautiful qualities from within, thereby changing not only your internal state of affairs, but also, eventually drawing absolute miracles and wonders into your life.

Cherish Yourselves

Our wish for each one of you in the new year is that you would cherish yourselves, and see yourselves, in any given moment, or in any given circumstance, as nothing less than the love of God made manifest in this world. You are all deserving of love. We ask you this year to choose to be loving to yourselves. You are all deserving of kindness, so choose to be kind to yourselves. You are all worthy of miracles and so believe in them even when you haven't a clue how they might come about. And you all know, deep down, that it feels better and more honest with yourselves to be loving, no matter what the world presents to you.

Anger, upset, frustration, etc., are all very human emotions, and when they occur by all means, let them flow and let them go, but then dear friends, as if you are building muscle this year, choose love once again. Choose kindness. Choose to allow others to have their perspectives without feeling that their truth is a threat to your own. You can acknowledge one another and not agree upon a thing. You can say, "Ah yes, I see your point. I see why you feel as you do, and yet I feel differently and that is ok! We are unique. We are not always supposed to agree!"

But what if someone has wronged us you say? We answer this question by way of example. Suppose someone has taken your money. Well then dear friends, you have choice. You have a legal system you can employ and you also have God. You can say, well then, you have stolen from me and I will take you to court but I will do it with love. I will not fall into fear and anger. A parent correcting a child with love is far more effective than one correcting a child with anger. Alternately, you can say, "Ok you stole from me but it is too much trouble to take you to court and so I will walk away." Keep the money you took from me and bless you. I release you and will move forward in my life with love. God will give me more. Neither choice is a "holier" path dear ones - who you are being on the inside is always far more important than what you do on the outside.

And so this year, strive to bring love into all your choices, into all your situations, into all your relationships. This does not mean life will always be easy, nor does it mean that people will always return your love and kindness. But you will feel like yourself. You will feel better. And if you can't muster up the love for the outside world, at least be kind and loving to yourself.

It takes so much energy to hang on to upset, grudges, unforgiveness, and the like. You do not want to drag these things with you into 2012, dear friends, because whatever you harbor on the inside will make manifest on the outside in greater fashion this year than ever before. Instead, bless your past. Bless those who have wronged you for indeed they are your teachers. By all means, create a kinder reality for yourselves this year, not so much by worrying about which choices to make, but by making all choices with love. Love is the catalyst for transformation dear friends, and each of one of you seeks a greater, happier, more expressed, joyful, and abundant reality.

Happy Holy New Year dear ones! We are so excited for you as you enter the year of 2012. Far from being the end of the world it is a year of new beginnings. Out with the old, in with the new never had as much meaning as it will for your world this coming year. Each of you has been feeling this coming. Each of you has been releasing a lot of old emotions. Each of you is eager to get on with life, to make dreams come true, to allow for the love of God to flow into your hearts, homes, relationships, and indeed all of your lives!

Celebrate dear ones! Although there will be circumstances on your earth that cause many concern you can stand in a higher truth, knowing that what does not work is being catalyzed to change. What has been hidden in human hearts is coming to the surface. There will be a cry for more equality in the world, less greed, more compassion, more love. There will be more recognition that you are one world, one human race, and indeed all of you are in this life together, cooperatively, relying on each others' gifts, talents, and assistance to make the world go 'round. Your illusions of separation will be dissolving. Celebrate! Out with the old and in with the new!

For each of you personally you will be called upon during the year, to stand in faith or stand in fear. Choose faith dear ones! Have faith in God's love! Have faith in God's desire for you to live a life of your dreams, for indeed those dreams were planted in your hearts by God himself. Stop trying to control your days, your lives, others, your own heart. Allow yourself to just "be" who you are in any given moment. It is in this surrender to the truth of self, one moment at a time, that you are guided, directed, loved, and assisted. If you force yourself to do things out of fear, we think you know that this will not bring you a peaceful life. If you attempt to coerce, change, or "Fix" others you will find yourself in frustration. Let yourself be who you are and allow others to be as well. And while some may find the changes in 2012 challenging, you can sail through the year with grace and ease. As you bring love into every situation in your life you can transform not only your own lives, but indeed your world.

The light that was born in the heart of Christ, the light that kept the lamps burning, the light that burns in each one of you is nothing less than God's love made manifest in a world willing and ready to receive it. And while not all on your earth are ready to receive God's love, we know that all of you reading this message are willing. And so dear ones, during this holiday season, let us gift you with our love. Let us help you call forth the Presence of God's love within you so that you may experience yourself as the beautiful light in the darkness, the lamps burning brightly, the manifestation of God's love in a waiting world. Allow us to help you bring God's light into the darkened spaces in your heart and your life. Allow us to help you remember who you really are.

Open your hearts dear friends. Sit, breathe, and imagine your heart opening as if a flower of beautiful light is unfolding, awaiting the sun. Imagine this golden white flower in your hearts opening and waiting to receive the love and the light and the tender care of God's grace. Breathe. Receive. Know you are loved.

The greatest gift we could give each one of you is our love. The greatest gift you can give one another is your love. The greatest gift you can give the heavens is to love yourselves and be yourselves in any given moment. It is, like the babe in the manger, so very simple dear friends. You are all innocent. You are all beautiful. You are all pure and loving souls, and although you may not always feel this way you are a gift and a blessing unto the heavens.

May your holiday season be filled with the love that you are.

What gifts will you give yourself this holiday season, dear ones, for indeed all of God's love is available to you right now. Will you grant yourself with the gift of ease? Will you give yourself the gift of peace? Will you grant yourself forgivenss, or perhaps a little more self love? Spend time in contemplation and ask God for the spiritual gifts you wish to receive in the upcoming year.

We know you all have material gifts that you want as well, and that is fine of course, but beneath each one of these, you are asking for love. What kind of love are you seeking? Feelings of security? Feelings of peace? Feelings of being adored? Feelings of belonging? Feelings of being replenished? In reality you are secure. Peace is available at all times. You are adored and loved beyond measure. You belong as special and unique piece in the puzzle of God's creation. The source of all life rises up within you with each conscious breath. You are nothing less than the love of God made manifest in this world. You can never be unloved dear ones, you can only forget.

And so this holiday season, take a breath, and ask God for what you really want to receive. "Dear God, I believe that you care for me, but I want to experience your love. I grant myself an experience of life filled with peace and grace. I grant myself abundance. I grant myself health. I grant myself feelings of security. I open to receiving your love in ever expanding ways. I Love You God. Let your light and love rise up within me that I may experience your love in every aspect of my life and in turn be a beacon of your love into the world."

This dear ones, to experience God's love in ever more expanding ways would be the greatest gift you could ever ask to receive.

Bring light into the dark

As you enjoy your holidays remember, that the light that appeared in the manger, the light that lit the lamps, the light that is indeed in every aspect of creation is available to you at all times. Ask this light to surface in your hearts. Call this light into every aspect of your lives. Call this light into situations that trouble or worry you. Call this light into your relationships, your finances, your work, for indeed as you invite the light and the love of God into every aspect of your life, you are calling forth truth, beauty, inspiration, ease, and grace.

It is a simple message dear friends, and yet putting this discipline into practice may take changing old habits for you, as human beings, are so programmed to feel you must handle all of life's challenges on your own. When faced with a challenge, be it as simple as, "How am I going to get the groceries, the gifts, and get home on time?" pray and ask God to fill this situation with His light. "Dear God, Fill my heart with your light and fill my errands with your light. Fill the traffic and the store clerks, and the other shoppers with your light. Fill my finances and my family with your light. Dearest God whose love animates every aspect of life itself, fill me. Fill my life with YOU dear God." And as you pray dear friends, stop, breathe, receive, and then go about your business knowing God is with you. For this is what you truly celebrate at this time of year - the birth of God's light into the darker areas of your life - a new promise, new hope, and a new way of being.

As you approach the holidays, make yourselves a little promise, that you will choose thoughts, words, and deeds that honor the spirit of the seasons. For indeed it is the way that you choose to live your life that will determine the quality of your experience. Is the impatient person in line ahead of you a simple annoyance, or an opportunity to share a smile and the spirit of the season. Are you presents true reflections of love and thoughtfulness, or simply another item to cross off your to-do list? Dear ones, God does not care whether you send cards, give presents, or decorate your homes. God cares that you fill your lives with love. If you send your cards, give your presents, and decorate your homes in a spirit of love and joy, than this choice to view the season as a time of celebration and love will fill your heart with the very same. If these very same activities are a burden, however, we would rather you avoid them entirely and do something that you can celebrate an d enjoy.

The holidays celebrate the light of God within you. The holidays celebrate the spirit of God's love. The holiday celebrate magic, miracles, and the possibilities of dreams coming true. If you feel this magic, share it. If you do not, seek it. If you can do nothing else, sit quietly each day and breathe and ask to receive the spirit of God's love into your heart, for this would be the greatest gift of all for each and every one of you.

Enjoy your holidays dear ones. They are seasons in the lifetime of your soul as you take this very brief and beautiful journey upon the earth. They are not things to be "done right," "crossed off the to do list," or "hurried through." They, like every other set of days you have upon this earth, are days to be cherished, to be filled with love, kindness, generosity of spirit, and the true spirit of the season, which is the spirit of giving and receiving God's love. Give only from a full heart. Receive with a fullness of gracious gratitude, and in this exchange, you will be the light in the darkness, the hope for the world, and the miracle of the light that keeps burning.

In this season of celebrating the light coming into a darkened world, remember, you too are that light. You are truth, inspiration, and God's angels upon the earth. It is your kind smile that can turn the entire course of a stranger's day, or perhaps even their lives. It is your willingness to turn away from the unkindness of others, rather than feed it, that is a gift and a blessing to all involved. It is your willingness to acknowledge yourself as part of God's great love that allows you to shine that light into he world.

So while you are waiting in the holiday lines, take the time to smile at those around you. Call forth the light of God into your being and pray in silence to be a radiant blessing to those around you. When you are driving on the road, remember those are your fellow human beings driving with you. When you are running around with your family and friends, enjoying holiday events, remember, these are the ones you love. Enjoy the time. It is truly a gift, and remember as well to enjoy time with yourself and God each day, for this is a gift and blessing beyond compare.

You are the light in the darkness, dear ones. By all means, enjoy your holiday season. Enjoy the presents you give and receive. Remember, however, it is the gift of your Presence that is the simplest and most humble looking gift of all, and yet the most meaningful gift you can leave upon the earth.

In this week of Thanksgiving we give thanks for you! Each one of you reading this has been striving diligently to live a more loving life. Each one of you has a dear and caring heart. And it took each one of you tremendous courage to come to the earth and to remain here during turbulent times.

As you give thanks around your Thanksgiving tables for those in your life that you so dearly love can you also give thanks for your own presence here upon the earth? Thank you God for both what I perceive to be the blessings and the challenges, for these have shaped me and made me into the beautiful, kind, and caring person that I am today. I love you God. Thank you for breathing life into me today and all days."

Life is a gift dear friends. It is short even if you live to be 100 years. It is an adventure for your soul! In truth, you are one with the light and love of God dear ones, nothing less! You are simply striving to find your way back to that truth as the raindrops form the rivers which seek the oceans. Give thanks! This in and of itself is cause for celebration - that God's love can take shape and human form, and interact with other manifestations of God's love! Give thanks for the beautiful being that you call "you!" We certainly are thankful for each and every one of you!
